Three dogs also died in the blaze.
BOONSBORO, Md. (AP) — The fire chief in Boonsboro says one person was found dead after a house fire in Washington County.
Fire Chief Oley Griffith tells The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown that the fire broke out on Sunday afternoon in the one-story home.
Griffith says another person lived in the house, but it’s not clear whether that person was home at the time of the fire. He says three dogs also died in the blaze.
The cause of the fire has not been determined, nor has it been confirmed exactly how the person died.
