WESTMINSTER, Md. (KR) Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help and information about a missing person. Authorities say, 25 year-old, Kristin Spurrier went missing from Westminster last Thursday.
Officers say, Spurrier could be located in the Ownings Mills, Baltimore area and driving a 2010 gray Ford Fusion. Deputies say she is white, 5 foot 5 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds.
