The incident occurred last month in Westminster.
Westminster, Md (KM) The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify an individual whose a person of interest in an assault which occurred at Lime Kiln Park in Westminster on January 25th, 2017.
The suspect is a darked skinned male, clean shaven, about 18 to 25-years of age, 5’8″ with a slender build.
A $2500 reward is being offered by the Westminster Police Department for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of a suspect in this case.
