Police say a pedestrian was struck earlier in the evening.
Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police Officers are on the scene of a pedestrian accident near the MARC train station on East Street. Authorities say East Street between South Street and East Patrick Street is closed while an investigation is underway.
