WESTMINSTER, Md. (KR) The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a serious accident that happened in Westminster on Tuesday afternoon.
Deputies responded to the scene of a crash, on Deer Park Road at Route 91 around 1:30 PM, involving a box truck and a Subaru Forester.
Authorities say 35 year-old, Regionald Williams was driving the box truck northbound on route 91 when he struck the Subaru going Eastbound on Deer Park Road. The car was being driven by 65 year-old Frances Black and had a small child in the backseat.
Williams and the child were both transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. At this time the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
