Police say his vehicle struck the ‘Famous Dave’s’ restaurant.
Frederick, Md (KM) A Hanover, Pennsylvania man is charged with driving under the influence following a vehicle crash in Frederick Monday morning.
Police, who responded at around 11:31 AM, say a vehicle operated Amir J. Pearson struck one of the pillars in front of the Famous Dave’s restaurant at 1003 West Patrick Street. Pearson was arrested following the crash.
A passenger in the vehicle was injured and transported to the hospital.
Authorities say a city building inspector evaluated the Famous Dave’s building and found it to be structurally sound.
