New Market, Md. (DG) – It was a false alarm on a possible explosive device at a home Wednesday afternoon in Frederick County, Md.
The Maryland State Fire Marshall’s Office bomb squad responded to a suspicious package at a residence located at 6651 Coldstream Dr. in New Market, Md.
Law enforcement officials arrived on scene shortly before 4 PM. The package was examined and authorities were able to determine there were no explosive materials in the package.
