New Windsor, Md. (KM) There were no injuries from the explosion of a mailbox early Sunday morning in Carroll County.
The incident happened at a home at 2986 Sams Creek Road in New Windsor at around 12:37 AM/. The blast, which was discovered by a neighbor, caused an estimated $200 in damage.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office Bomb Squad is investigating. Anyone who has information is asked to contact the State Fire Marshal’s Office Northeast Region at 410-836-4844.
