Responsible for Device History Record (DHR) and Master Batch Record (MBR) review, clearing and releasing products. May be tasked with reviewing and approving deviations/investigations/CAPA/Out of Specification (OOS) for specific projects.

As the Quality Assurance Technician V (Quality Assurance Technician V), you will be responsible for receiving, identifying, and quality-checking all Site Implementation Plan (SIP), Cutover and Closeout Report (CCR), Hardware Inventory Report (HIR), Post Implementation Review (PIR) and Site Survey and Install Data Package deliverables on the Medical Treatment Facilities Contracts. The Quality Assurance Technician ensures the validity of the documentation by performing a thorough quality check on each document to include using pivot tables to ensure data is the consistent on all documents and embedded documents. Quality Assurance will also include ensuring proper templates are used and grammar and text are all consistent and in line with contract requirements.
