The victim said two people entered his apartment and held him at knife point
Thurmont, Md. (DG) – Thurmont Police locked up five people on July 4th for robbing and assaulting a man.
Police responded to the Water Street Apartments on Wednesday at 4:30 PM. The victim said two people entered his apartment, held him at knife point, and stole his wallet containing a large amount of money.
The victim was able to identify one of the suspects. During their investigation, police learned the robbery was pre-planned, and several females provided the male suspects transportation to and from the robbery scene.
Brandon M. Gooden, age 19, Joshua Toniolli, age 33, Nina Martinez, age 20, Ashelley Smith, age 32, and Danielle Albaugh, age 22, were all charged with armed robbery, first degree asault, and theft.
Gooden and Toniolli are being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center without bond.
