Westminster Row House Damaged By Fire

The cause remains under investigation.

 

 

Westminster, Md (KM) Damage is estimated at $10,000 to the structure $10,000 to the contents following a fire Saturday night in at a two-story row house in Westminster.

The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office says 25 fire fighters from the Westminster Volunteer Fire Department responded to 14 Carroll Avenue shortly after 6:00 PM, and had the flames under control within 20-minutes.

There were no injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but officials say it originated in the front bedroom on the second floor.

The Red Cross is assisting the residents.
