The woman pulled into the path of another vehicle

Hagerstown, Md. (DG) – A Hagerstown woman was killed in a two vehicle accident early Tuesday morning.

Maryland State Police responded to the accident at the intersection of Route 40 and Garland Groh Boulevard at 5:40 AM.

Police report 40-year-old Ingrid Rocio Velasco Collazos was driving a 2016 Ford Fusion and heading south on Garland Groh Boulevard, approaching a flashing red light at the Route 40 intersection.

A 2014 Ford E350 bus, driven by 55-year-old Catherine Ann Baker, was headed westbound on Route 40, and approaching a flashing yellow light.
