Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police have released the identity of the man who was found floating in the water in Carroll Creek last week. He’s Frederick Edmundson., 69,. who has no fixed address.
Authorities say autopsy results are still pending.
On Sunday, January 20th, a citizen walking along the Carroll Creek area at the South East Street overpass noticed a person floating in the water, and call 911.
Fire and rescue personnel pulled that individual from the water and began CPR. He was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim’s body was taken to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.
The incident remains under investigation, and Anyone who has additional information on this incident is asked to contact Frederick Police at 301-600-2100.
