FREDERICK, MD – Feb. 1, 2019: The popular Fire in Ice First Saturday event, on Feb. 2nd, requires rerouting traffic, starting at approximately 2 p.m., and restricting street parking at 6 a.m., according to event officials.
Special activities, sculpture and performances will take place around downtown (see map: https://www.visitfrederick.org/events/fire-in-ice/) on Saturday. The events will require closing two downtown streets, between approximately 2 and 9 p.m.: South Market Street between All Saints Street and West Patrick Street North Market Street between Patrick Street and Church Street.
No parking will be permitted on Market Street between All Saints Street and Church Street, beginning at 6 a.m. Saturday.
