Police arrested her after seeing her driving a stolen vehicle.
Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick woman was arrested on Monday after she was seen driving a stolen vehicle. Jessica Humphrey, 28, is charged with possession of heroin, driving on a suspended license and theft.
Frederick Police say at around 9:55 PM on Monday, an officer on patrol in the 100 block of Jefferson Street saw a vehicle reported by the Sheriff’s Office as stolen. The officer pulled it over, and made contact with the driver identified as Humphrey. Police say Humphrey admitted to taking the vehicle. Authorities say Humphrey had 12 capsules of heroin in the vehicle.
She was taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing.
