Drugs, Cash, Confiscated During HIDTA Narcotics Arrest

Authorities say the drugs had an estimated street value of $15,000.

 

Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office and other law enforcement agencies took an individual into custody on Tuesday following a search and seizure operation. Authorities entered a residence in the 200 block of Maple Avenue in Frederick, and arrested Franklin William Randolph, 49. .

During their operation, authorities confiscated 154 baggies of crack cocaine (4.6-ounces), digital scales and $2,102.00 in cash. . The Sheriff’s Office says the cocaine has an estimated street value of $15,000.

Randolph was taken to the  Adult Detention Center, charged with:

 

CDS: Possession-Cocaine

CDS: Possession-Crack Cocaine

CDS: Poss. w/intent to distribute Cocaine

CDS: Poss. w/intent to distribute Crack/Cocaine

CDS: Poss. paraphernalia (2 counts)

 

 

This was a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area operation. The Sheriff’s Office says its HIDTA partners, the Maryland State Police, Frederick Police Drug Enforcement Unit and the Brunswick Police, also  participated in this operation.
