Barbershop Manager Arrested on Weapons and Drug Violations

He was taken into custody on Valentine’s Day.

 

HAGERSTOWN, MD.  (LG)   The manager of a barbershop was taken into custody on Valentine’s Day.  Authorities said officers executed a search and seizure warrant at Cut Off The Top Barbershop, located on West Franklin Street, in Hagerstown.  Police said as a result,  a loaded handgun and drugs were found inside of the business.

Daniel Hart, 45 years old,  is charged with possession of a regulated firearm-stolen, regulated firearm illegal possession, firearm use in a felony,  CDS: distribution with firearm and illegal possession of ammunition,  CDS: possession with intent to distribute marijuana and  CDS: possession of more than ten grams of marijuana.

Hart, who is from Martinsburg, West Virginia, is currently being held without bond, at the Washington County Detention Center.
