Emmitsburg, Md (KM) The Maryland State Highway Administration says the Mason-Dixon Welcome Center Rest Area on Southbound Route 15 will be open round the clock for parking and restroom access.. The agency says the facility near Emmitsburg is a safe place to stop and rest during the coronavirus emergency.
The Office of Tourism Visitor Center located at that rest area will remain closed.
SHA says personnel from the Frederick Shop will monitor the rest area during the overnight hours.
