Frederick, Md (KM) There will be some ramp closures along Route 15 in Frederick all this week.
The Maryland State Highway Administration says it will be making roadway improvements exit ramps on the two bridges over Rosemont Avenue and 7th Street. As a result, exit ramps from Route 15 will be closed. Northbound traffic will be diverted to Motter Avenue to return to Route 15. And southbound traffic will be diverted to Jefferson Street and back to Route 15.
The closures will take place from 8:00 PM until 5:00 AM, starting Tuesday, and continuing into Friday.
SHA says it’s contractor on this project, CJ Miller, LLC, will use electronic message boards, signs and cones to alert motorists ahead of the closure, and guide them through the detour.
