Deaths go up by one as of Thurs.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Health Department is reporting an increase in the number of local COVID-19 cases. As of Thursday afternoon, there were 1,851 coronavirus cases, up by 24 from Wednesday. The number of deaths went up by one to 107 on Thursday. But 1,148 patients have been released from isolation, and that’s 45 more than on Wednesday.
The Joint Information Center says as of Thursday afternoon, there are 431 COVID-19 cases in Washington County, an increase of seven from Wednesday. The death rate remains at 12, and the number of patients released from isolation is 264.
