...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM EDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN CENTRAL MARYLAND AND SOUTHEASTERN
FREDERICK COUNTIES IN NORTH CENTRAL MARYLAND...

At 546 PM EDT, local law enforcement officials reported flooding
with road closures in southern Frederick County and northwestern
Montgomery County. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
Most of the heavy rain has ended, except near and south of
Interstate 270 in Montgomery County. The flood threat will continue.

Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Germantown, Frederick, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Damascus,
Poolesville, Harry Grove Stadium, Montgomery Village, North Potomac,
Ballenger Creek, Redland, Mount Airy, Walkersville, New Market,
Clover Hill, Discovery-Spring Garden, Boyds, Green Valley,
Linganore-Bartonsville and Clarksburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
