Parking will be free at parking garages. 
Frederick, Md (KM) The City of Frederick’s facilities will be closed on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3rd.
Officials say no payment will be required for anyone parking in the city parking garages, and there will be no need to feed the parking meters on that day.
The Talley Recreation Center will be closed on Tuesday for recreational activities. It will be used as an in-person Election Day voting center.
