Residents can sign up for an appointment slot at the mass vaccination centers.
Annapolis, Md (KM)( The State of Maryland has launched a new platform for residents to pre-register for one of the mass vaccination sites around the state. Marylanders who pre-register for a COVID-19 vaccination will be notified once an appointment slot is available.
They can go on line to covidvax.maryland.gov, or call the state’s COVID-19 vaccination center at 1-855-MD-COVAX (1-855-634-6829).
Right now, residents 65 and older are eligible for the vaccine, along with critical workers in high risk settings. . .
The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention says 22.1% of Marylanders have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and providers have administered 1,946.799 total shots. .
A mass vaccination center at the Premium Outlets in Hagerstown is scheduled to open on Thursday, March 25th.
