Hagerstown, MD (KM) A Hagerstown man who allegedly performed a lewd act in a store while watching a teenage girl has been arrested.
58-year-old Edward Williams is charged with unlawful activity, which includes engaging in lewd, lascivious, and illegal acts.
Police say the teenager saw Williams act this way at the Walmart store in Garland Groh.
Authorities say they identified Williams as the suspect by examining surveillance video. They say Williams parked out in front of the store, and began watching female patrons and employees after he entered the establishment.
He left without buying anything.
