· Develop product knowledge necessary to process orders and answer customer questions.
· Receiving and forwarding phone calls to the appropriate departments.
· Process customer orders for delivery and pick up at branch locations.
· Process payments for orders: credit cards, checks, and cash.
· Pulling and packing orders for deliveries and pick-up customers.
· Fabrication of gutters in the appropriate size, color, and measurements by using the warehouse gutter machines.
· Assist with loading delivery trucks with materials to be delivered that day.
· Unloading trucks and checking orders for materials delivered to the warehouse from vendors.
· Putting material away in the appropriate location in the warehouse.
· Notify Branch Manager when stock is low.
