Frederick County Has Pfizer Vaccine At Its Oak St. COVID Clinic

It’s approved for those age 16 and older.

 

Frederick, Md (KM) The County Health Department says it now has the Pfizer vaccine at its Oak Street Clinic in Frederick. That vaccine has been approved for those 16 and older while the Moderna vaccine is only for those 18 and older.

The Oak Street Clinic located at 800 Oak Street will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM starting this week. The entrance is off Himes Avenue near the Dutch’s Daughter Restaurant. The Health Department says walk-ins are accepted, but patients are encouraged to sign up for an appointment. Other clinics will be held near the Warehouse Cinemas at the former Frederick Town Mall on Mondays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM; on Tuesday at The Wayman AME Church, 9940 Liberty Road from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Frederick County. at 413 Burck Street in Frederick on Saturdays from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
