Hagerstown, Md. (KM) – The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of a house fire Wednesday night in Hagerstown.
At around 9:45 PM, fire fighters were dispatched to 12715 Ailanthus Drive for a two-story home on fire, and spent more than an hour bringing the flames under control. No one was injured.
Damage is estimated at $500,000 to the structure, and $100,000 to the contents. .
The fire was discovered by a neighbor who called 911..
