The Sheriff’s Office says Quinn Koch, 18, was taken into custody without incident Tuesday  morning as deputies served a search and seizure warrant  at a home in the 200 block of Meadowdale Lane in Frederick. Authorities say Koch is an active-duty US Marine who was attending training at Camp Geiger in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He was home on leave at the time of his arrest.

Fort Detrick military police picked up Koch from the Adult Detention Center. He will be transported back to his unit for military legal action.

The Sheriff’s Office say Koch was arrested following on line tips and other information it received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding crimes committed against kids over the intenet.
