Shooting remains under investigation
Frederick, Md. (DG) – A child was critically injured after being shot Saturday afternoon in Frederick.
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies responded to the 8000 block of Admiralty Place for reports of a shooting around 1:45 PM.
Multiple juveniles were involved in the incident, one was injured and transported to Shock Trauma for medical treatment.
Police say there is no threat to the community and the shooting remains under investigation.
