Baltimore County Man Sentenced In Washington County Circuit Court For Stabbing Last Year

Attempted second-degree murder was one charge dismissed

Washington County, Md. (BW)- (From The Herald Mail) A Baltimore County man was sentenced to serve three years after entering an Alford Plea in Washington County Circuit Court on Monday, Oct 2.

Tione Kenneth Blake, 44, was charged with second-degree assault after a stabbing took place at a Superbowl Party on February 13, 2022.

The party was at the Hopewell Manor Apartments, west of Halfway.

Blake entered an Alford Plea which does not admit guilt, but does acknowledge the prosecution has enough evidence to obtain a conviction.

He received a sentence of three years with all time suspended except the 595 days he has already served. He is also on one year probation.

Other charges against Blake were dropped, including attempted second-degree murder.
