* WHERE...Monocacy River near Frederick.
* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Two low-water crossings, one on Michaels
Mill Road /State Route 880/ in Buckeystown, and one on Retreat
Road north of Frederick, begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM EST Tuesday the stage was 4.0 feet, or 11.0 feet
below flood stage.
- Forecast...Flood stage may be reached based on the latest

- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
