‘Run To The Rescue’ Returns For It’s Second Year

Runners and walkers are welcome to participate.

Frederick, Md. (BW)- The second annual Run to the Rescue is being held at Frederick Community College on Saturday, April 27.

The Run to the Rescue is a 5K race throughout the campus of FCC that honors public safety professionals.

The cost to participate in the race is $50. All proceeds go to supporting public safety students at FCC through scholarships.

All participants will receive a race t-shirt and a medal. Check-in for the race begins at 9 a.m. on April 27.

Immediately following the race will be the Western Maryland Public Safety Expo.

The expo is free and open to the public and will consist of live demonstrations, kids activities and more.
