Route Service Sales Representative (178517) – week of 9/9
Route Service Sales Representatives drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within
an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the Route Service
Sales Representative delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other
rental products. Route Service Sales Representatives are the face of Cintas to our customers and must
work to build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of our systems.

• Contribute to the upkeep and consistency of internal documentation related to issues,
resolutions, usage topics, and training.
