Suspect Being Sought In Attempted Break-In At A Home In Frederick

The man fled on foot when a resident called 911.

Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who tried to break into a home early Thursday morning.

Just before 5:00 AM, deputies responded to a house on Mountaindale Road in Frederick for an attempted break-in. The residents told deputies that a Hispanic man in his 20’s, wearing a red shirt and brown pants,, tried to get into the home through the front door. He was not successful so he broke a window. The man was confronted by one of the residents who asked him to leave. He refused, and the resident called 911. The man fled on foot.

Deputies conducted a search for the individual, but were unable to find him.
