Frederick Police Catch Two Suspects During A Burglary In Progress

They were taken into custody early Thursday Morning.

Frederick, Md (KM)  Six Frederick Police Officers caught two individuals breaking into a business early Thursday morning.

Just before 2:15 AM,  Officers Chinn and Bhatti observed two masked individuals in the unit block of South McCain Drive. When they approached, the two suspects fled on foot.

The two officers put together a surveillance operation. A few hours later, the two suspects returned to the scene, and forced entry into a business. .

Officers Gregware, Abed, Walsleben  and Truax joined fellow Officers Chinn and Bhatti as they moved in, set up a perimeter and began a foot chase. The two suspects were located and arrested without incident.

Police say these two individuals are juveniles, and their names are not being made public. They will be charged through the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services.
