Hagerstown, Md (KM) The Washington County Narcotics Task Force served search and seizure warrants at two locations in Hagerstown on Friday, arresting two suspects on drug charges. Timothy Grimes, 57, and Heather Schnebly, 39, both of Hagerstown, were taken into custody.
Grimes is charged with:
*CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotic (cocaine)
*CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotic (fentanyl)
*Distribution/PWID CDS fentanyl/heroin
*CDS: Possession large amount (fentanyl)
*CDS: Possession large amount (cocaine)
*CDS: Possession not cannabis (cocaine)
*CDS: Possession not cannabis (fentanyl)
*CDS: Possession paraphernalia
*Firearm possession crime viol/felony conviction
*Firearm/Drug trafficking crime

Schnebly is charged with:

CDS stands for controlled dangerous substance.
According to Hagerstown Police, the Task Force in May began an investigation into drug distribution activity at apartments at 132 South Locust Street and 368 South Cannon Avenue. Agents discovered one of the suspects had an apartment in both locations.
During their operations Friday at the two apartments, Narcotics Task Force personnel confiscated four pounds of cocaine; two pounds and 10.5 ounces of fentanyl; a loaded Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun; a loaded Smith and Wesson handgun with the serial number obliterated; a loaded 32-caliber revolver; paraphernalia; ammunition and more than $13,000 in cash.
