Adams County Man Faces Up to 30 Years After Pleading Guilty in Decade-Old Child Abuse Case

47-year-old Gary Lee Huff admits to multiple felony charges involving two young victims; formal sentencing set for March 2026.

Adams County, PA (JK) – An Adams County man will serve up to three decades in state prison after pleading guilty to a series of child sex crimes that occurred more than ten years ago. The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office announced that 47-year-old Gary Lee Huff entered the pleas as his trial was about to begin.

Prosecutors say the abuse took place between 2011 and 2013, during a time when Huff had close relationships that allowed him access to both victims, who were in their early school years. Adams County Senior Judge Michael A. George approved a negotiated sentence of 12 to 30 years in state prison.

Huff admitted to multiple felony charges, including rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and several counts of indecent assault. He also pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure.

The Attorney General’s Office says the case reflects its continued efforts to hold child predators accountable, regardless of how many years have passed. Huff is scheduled for formal sentencing on March 19, 2026.
