Reyes-Valle Trial To Resume On Monday At The Frederick County Court House

The State continued to call witnesses to the stand on Friday.

Frederick, Md (KM) The trial of Santos Felipe Reyes-Valle, 40, of Frederick, is schedule to resume next week at the Frederick County Court House.    He has been on trial since Monday, charged with 1st-degree murder and  2nd-degree murder for the stabbing death Jose Pedro Hernandez, 40, of Frederick.  Hernandez was stabbed in the parking lot of the Home Depot on McCain Drive in Frederick in May of 2023.

Jury selection took place on Monday and wrapped up Tuesday morning.

After opening statements, the State began calling its witnesses to the stand. The State’s Attorney’s Office says it will call more witnesses on Monday, and then the defense will present its case.
