Four People Shot Outside Hagerstown Bar, One Seriously Injured

Four people had been shot-three suffered non-life-threatening injuries, while one remains in serious condition

Hagerstown, Md. (DG) – Gunfire outside a Hagerstown bar left four people injured early Sunday morning.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting happened just after 2:15 a.m. at The Chop Bar on John F. Kennedy Drive. When deputies arrived, they were met with a large crowd gathered outside and immediately began working to control the scene and search for victims.

Investigators later confirmed that four people had been shot-three suffered non-life-threatening injuries, while one remains in serious condition. Detectives are continuing to piece together what led up to the violence.
